INGREDIENTS

  • 2 striploin steaks (1" thick)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Remove steak from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature (10-15 minutes). Trim fat around the edges if desired.
  2. 2 Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (turn it on for 5-10 minutes).
  3. 3 Rub the steaks with oil and season well with salt and pepper (or add your own seasoning as desired)
  4. 4 Open the basket, put steaks in and cook for 10-14 minutes (10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium, and 14 minutes for medium-well), until desired doneness is reached.
  5. 5 Meanwhile, stir together butter, garlic and parsley.
  6. 6 Remove steaks from the air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with garlic butter.
