INGREDIENTS

  • 1 apple cored and chopped, peel on
  • 100 g spinach about 3 packed cups, about 3.5 oz
  • 4 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 cilantro
  • 1 cup cold water 240 to 360 ml
  • Ice optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Add water to the blender. Add spinach and cilantro. Blend 15 to 20 seconds.
  2. 2 Add apple, celery, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  3. 3 Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately.
