Caramel Apple Truffles
Indulge in the delightful flavors of fall with our Caramel Apple Truffles. These easy-to-make treats blend creamy apple butter and smooth cream cheese, wrapped around soft caramel, all coated in rich vanilla almond bark.

Crush the Golden Oreos finely using a food processor. Set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish.

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, apple butter, and apple pie spice. Mix until smooth.

Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture, place half a caramel in the center, and roll it into a ball.

Chill truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes in the freezer or 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Melt vanilla almond bark according to package instructions.
