INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound yellow potatoes (or Yukon gold potatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat the air fryer to 380 F.
  2. 2 Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch slices, making them as close in thickness to each other as possible.
  3. 3 In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with the oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. 4 Spread the potatoes as evenly as possible in the basket, then cook them for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through until they are golden brown on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
