INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat the Air Fryer at 250° F.
  2. 2 Place eggs in the air fryer basket (not touching) and cook for 17 minutes. Cook for less time if you prefer a softer yolk.
  3. 3 If your air fryer doesn't go lower than 300° F, set it to 300° F and adjust the time to 11-13 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove eggs from the air-fryer basket and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  5. 5 Gently crack the egg shells and then roll them along a hard surface.
  6. 6 Peel eggs and enjoy. Or store hard boiled eggs with shells on in the refrigerator for up to five days.
