INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or greek yogurt
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a small bowl, mix the mayo or yogurt, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper, until well combined.
  2. 2 Cut the chicken breasts in half if they are too thick and place them in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. 3 Spoon the mayo mixture on top of each breast until completely covered by it and bake for 35-45 mins or until cooked and brown.
