INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. For each variation, pat chicken legs dry, coat or marinate with the specified ingredients as appropriate (mix seasonings, rub on, or toss to coat). Place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
